Method

Every direction runs as the same process:

1. Problem — what already exists and why it is not enough, with references to the literature and implementations.
2. Hypothesis — one falsifiable sentence, with a numeric threshold where one is possible.
3. Method — how it was checked.
4. Result — confirmed / refuted / partial, stated with its boundary conditions.
5. Next step — what follows from the result.

Falsification first

A notebook made only of successes reads like routine development — and a reviewer, an investor and a recruiter all read it that way. A refuted hypothesis is not a failure to hide; it is the point. It is the clearest proof that the uncertainty was real.

Reproducibility

Where a direction is implemented, the reference is written in two independent languages bound by shared test vectors, so a result is a property that can be re-checked, not a claim that has to be trusted.

Publication delay

The laboratory notebook is kept privately and contemporaneously — it cannot be reconstructed after the fact. What appears here is a selected, delayed subset, held back until a stage is closed and any intellectual-property question is resolved.
